We start by showing you our range of thoughtfully designed floor plans with four to five bedrooms and 3,200+ to 4,700+ square footage, ensuring a layout that meets your specific needs and wants. Many of our homes feature owner suites on the main floor for privacy and convenience, separate dining rooms ideal for entertaining, gourmet kitchens, lofts, media rooms, smart home technology, and energy efficient building practices that save you money while keeping your home comfortable all year long. If you’re choosing to build on your own lot, we will work with you to ensure the ideal location within the site for your new home. If you’re choosing to build in one of our communities, we can help you find the ideal homesite.

The next step is to secure financing. You can work with your own lender or work with one of our preferred lenders:  Ameris Bank, Capital City Home Loans, New American Funding, and Southeast Mortgage. With financing in order, the next step is to approve your purchase agreement to move forward with the build.

Before construction begins, you’ll visit our Custom Design Studio, where you can see inspiring design vignettes, as well as the expansive range of materials and finishes from which to choose. Inside and out, you can put your personal touch on your new home with everything from the choice of roof shingles to the floor coverings – and everything in between! You’ll have a personalized design consultation with one of our expert design coordinators to walk you through your options based on your home’s design and your budget and preferences.

With your choices made, it’s time for the pre-construction meeting to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding layout and schedule, and this will be followed up by a pre-drywall construction meeting to confirm the design choices. After that, there’s just the final walkthrough and closing on your brand new home.
