Green Park Homes’ Design Studio encompasses over three-thousand square-feet of resources for your new home. Various vignettes featuring everything from paint finishes, tile, floor coverings, cabinets, granite and quartz tops to decorative cabinet hardware, all reflect the latest technology in materials and products. The new construction center also consists of exterior material samples including brick and stone, shingles and exterior paint options.

Once you have executed a purchase agreement for a new home from Green Park Homes LLC, you will be contacted by one our Design Coordinators to schedule your initial design appointment.  You will have a predetermined number of hours of design consultation time as set forth in your purchase agreement (based on the type of home and stage of construction) to complete your personalized selections.
